How do I sign up? 
You can sign up by downloading the app on either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Upon opening the app, you will be presented immediately with the ability to create an account. You are able to edit this information within the "Account" tab once you're logged into your account.
How do I buy a reservation/appointment?
You click on your desired reservation of choice. You then click "Buy". You will then be prompted to enter your credit card details to finalize your purchase. For faster future checkout, we suggest that you save your card details!
How do I get paid?
In order to get paid you must set up a Stripe account. If you already have a Stripe account then you can login to it and seamlessly hook it up to wuw wuw.
How do I sign up for Stripe?
In order to sign up for Stripe, you will need to first create a Stripe account within the wuw wuw platform. You will then be prompted to enter your banking information. For this, you will need to have information contained within a void cheque issued by your bank. This information includes: transit number, institution number and account number.
Do I use my name when I arrive at the restaurant?
No. It is very important to avoid any potential confusion that you use the name of the person who sold the reservation to you. You are able to find this information on the details of your reservation under the "Reservations" tab on the bottom dashboard.
What are wuw wuw's fees?
It is free to post reservations for sale. On each completed transaction, the buyer pays a 10% fee, and a 15% fee is deducted by the seller's payment. For example, on the sale of a $100 reservation, the buyer would pay $110. The seller would net $85.
Once I purchase a reservation, am I able to cancel it?
At the moment you are not able to cancel it. We encourage you to repost it on our marketplace for sale to see if you can find a buyer for it!
What do I do if the reservation I purchased ends up being fraudulent?
Although we don't condone the sale of fraudulent reservations, it does at times still happen. We guarantee a 100% full refund should you have to experience purchasing a fraudulent reservation!
Am I only able to purchase restaurant reservations?
Yes, at the moment wuw wuw is just servicing the restaurant reservation marketplace. We are expanding to new segments soon, so stay tuned!
Is my data secure?
